3. Not a Law Firm - Legal Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for reviewing all letters and documents before sending them. You should consult with a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.

4. Credit Repair Organization Disclosure

DebtCrusher.ai is NOT a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We provide educational tools and templates that you may choose to use at your own discretion. You take all actions yourself using our educational resources.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our analysis tools
• Review all letter templates before sending them
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not misrepresent your relationship with DebtCrusher.ai
• Comply with all applicable federal and state laws

6. Refund Policy

For our credit repair analysis service, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee with the following conditions:

• You must follow our recommended process for at least 60 days
• You must achieve at least one (1) successful removal from your credit report
• You must provide documentation of your efforts and results
• Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of service purchase
• Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on results achieved

7. Payment Terms

Payment for premium features is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards processed through secure payment processors. All sales are final except as provided in our refund policy.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the account settings page.

9. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Users with accounts can download their data and request deletion at any time. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after analysis unless saved to a user account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEBTCRUSHER.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of letter templates or advice
• Results of disputes or legal actions you initiate
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for our services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DebtCrusher.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ohio state law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
